Exercise and healthy eating are usually big parts of any bride to be's preparation for her big day. But if, like us, you're bored of jogging and can't stand the thought of battling it out in the gym, why not try one of the new exciting fitness classes that are making working out more fun than ever?
Bellyfit
Bellyfit classes incorporate meditation, cardio, belly dancing, pilates and yoga and promises weight loss, muscle toning, a properly working metabolism and improved posture.
Aerojump
Aero jump mixes shadowboxing moves, light weights and jumping rope, all choreographed to music. The program promises to burn 450 calories in just 10 minutes and is a rigorous workout that's not for the faint hearted!
Piloxing
Piloxing blends the muscle sculpting of Pilates, the strengthening and cardio of boxing and the fun of dance. This is Hilary Duff's new favorite workout – if it's good enough for the celebs...!
Kangoo Jumps
The Kardashians' love this new exercise craze, which is done in bouncy, low-impact, rebound sport shoes. But the Pogo jogging shoes, which look like great fun, and jog or work out yourself or attend a Kangoo Jump fitness class.
