Carlingford Heritage Centre offers a spectacular venue for a civil marriage ceremony. Formerly a church with medieval and Victorian Heritage, it has been restored as a magnificent space ideal for weddings. The centre also offers civil ceremonies such as wedding vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, naming ceremonies and life celebrations.
Carlingford Heritage Centre is a unique venue offering a charming interior with warm décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The magnificent colourful East Window and modern artefacts create a warm and colourful setting which can be designed to suit your personal style. Our lovely Yamaha grand piano adds to the occasion and can be used for your music.
The venue is located on a hill overlooking the panoramic view of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains, Carlingford Heritage Centre is the perfect backdrop for beautiful wedding photographs. Wedding parties can also book Carlingford Castle for Wedding photographs.
Our team can facilitate Wedding rehearsals, and wedding themes. The venue lends itself to medieval and Victorian themes, yet it is also simple enough to suit a modern minimalist style.
