Planning an autumn or winter wedding? These seasonal cocktails will add that extra wow-factor!

With Halloween upon us, we’re feeling all the autumnal vibes this weekend! Whether it’s a late Autumn wedding or a winter wedding is on the cards, you can personalise your wedding with some little creative touches such as customised cocktails.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Old Fashioned – A fun twist on the classic drink and nostalgic sandwich!

1.5 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey

.5 oz Chambord Liqueur

Dash of Bitters

Add ingredients into a mixing glass.

Add Ice, stir and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.

Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy – For when you’re craving a PSL with a kick

1.5 oz EBY Reposado Tequila 

1 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup 

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 

2 Dashes Orange Bitters 

8 oz Boiling Water 

Combine EBY Reposado, pumpkin spice syrup, and lemon juice in a mug. Fill with hot  water. Top off with a couple dashes of orange bitters. Garnish with cinnamon stick and  dried lemon wheel.  

Pumpkin Spice Syrup 

1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice Seasoning Blend 

1 Cup Water 

0.5 Cup Light Brown Sugar 

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is  completely dissolved. Simmer until mixture is reduced by about half. Cool and then fine  strain using either muslin, or a nut milk bag. Bottle and store. Should keep refrigerated for about 3 weeks.

1.5 oz Don Papa 7yr

.25 oz Lime juice

.75 oz Chinola Passionfruit liqueur

.25 oz Simple syrup

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into coupe. Garnish with a blackberry.
