To all our fabulous readers and followers…
At Ireland’s Wedding Journal, we want to reach out to you during this worrying time to say we are with you and here to help! We know after chatting to so many soon-to-be brides and grooms at our recent Spring Wedding Journal Shows that 2020 was set to be another bumper year for weddings.
However the Covid-19 pandemic has sent us all into a tailspin. We know so many of you are being faced with tough choices and decisions no-one wants to make. But we must do what is best for our families, friends and suppliers.
We’ve been chatting to vendors and brides on social media, and we’ve been so inspired by stories of couples working together to battle through this. Every day we’re hearing new statistics on the news and circumstances are continually changing – but we want to be here to navigate you through this dark time.
A huge shout-out to all our local wedding suppliers and manufacturers too – without you guys we wouldn’t be able to host such incredible shows each year or publish our glossy magazines!
If you are feeling overwhelmed or alone, just think about when that feeling we’ll all have when this is over – when we can finally reunite with friends and loved ones. Weddings will continue to be a moment of love and connection! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on our Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, we’re here to answer your burning questions.
From all of us here at WJ…we can get through this together – stay safe!
