Who is Chiara Ferragni?
Chiara built her blogging empire whilst studying at University, launching her site The Blonde Salad back in 2009. With growing success, the young beauty was asked to model for Guess, later scoring a brand deal with Steve Madden and collaborating on his Spring 2014 shoe collection. The show mogul dubbed Chiara as ‘fashion’s Italian goddess.’

In April 2015, she also became the first blogger to grace the cover of Vogue, and has now appeared on over 50 magazine covers. The Blonde Salad blogger has a staggering 14 million followers on Instagram, and even has her own replica Barbie doll.
Who is Fedez?
Federico Leonardo Lucia known by his stage name Fedez is an Italian rapper. In May 2017, Fedez proposed to Chiara onstage during one of his concerts in Verona with an enormous solitaire diamond.

The couple welcomed their first child, Leone Lucia, earlier this year.
Dressed in Dior
The night before the wedding, the couple hosted a glitzy reception dinner for guests, with Chiara wearing a stunning custom-made, baby pink Prada dress.

The next day, the couple stood under a canopy of white roses and greenery with Chiara wearing a high-necked Grace Kelly–inspired long-sleeved dress designed by Dior creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri.
She changed into a more playful gown after the ceremony, featuring romantic phrases stitched into the fabric, as well as symbols from a song Fedez wrote about the couple’s relationship. She also had a lion stitched into her skirt to symbolise her son Leo.

Meanwhile, her bridesmaids – including her sisters Francesa and Valentina – wore custom pink Alberta Ferretti dresses with her son dressed in matching Baby Dior.
Chiara had one final wardrobe change. Staying on-trend she opted for a more comfortable Dior ballet-inspired tilled mini dress to enjoy their custom-made amusement park.
Where did Italy’s biggest wedding take place?
The pair married in Noto, Sicily, with a civil ceremony in the Palazzo Ducezio, a beautiful 18th-century building normally used as the town hall.

The after-party was festival-inspired, with a funfair, fireworks and Ferris wheel.
Media Madness
Between Ferragni’s 14.6 million followers, Fedez’s 6.6 million and all those who posted from or about the event, Launchmetrics tallied a total audience-driven media impact of $36 million and 67 million interactions from Instagram posts, comments, and stories and reported online press.
