Photography has so many doors for photographers, why weddings?
Weddings? I love love! As corny as it sounds I could watch people get married & love one another every day if I could.

hat are your favourite moments to capture?
I aim to project the atmosphere of the day and the personality of my clients through my photography with achieving innovation & elegance – but always understanding & taking in mind what the client envisions, and to better it! I also aim for my clientèle to enjoy their wedding day to the full, it is hugely important to me that they have the best day of their lives.

I try & have a fly on the wall approach & judge by their personalities by how much direction they may need during the day. They are getting married – which is HUGE, so I am always the first to congratulate them once they are married. Yes, I see people marry most weeks, but it doesn’t make their day any less special – and I want to make them feel like their wedding is the only one I have all year! I love & enjoy my job, and that’s why I do it.

I gravitate towards fun loving couples which want to enjoy their wedding to the fullest & try and encourage 20mins or so for a chance to create some jaw-dropping images of just them to cherish forever.

What was your inspiration for this shoot?
The inspiration behind the shoot was whimsical woodland, which I feel shows through the imagery. The models were breathtakingly stunning and just wore your beautiful gowns to perfection.

Do you have any favourite wedding shoots from the past?
My favourite wedding shoot to date would have to be a trip to Lake Como this year. The bride & groom invited me to photograph them on a speedboat after the ceremony.

Being a photographer you really do get the share the most intimate moments with your clients, and speeding through the spray of the ice-cool lake with the sun glistening off the boat. Its a moment I’ll never forget.

What is some advice you can give to brides to find the right photographer?
I think it’s important to book a photographer for their style & work ethic. It’s a long days work, so you need to make sure they are inspired, and enthusiastic about your big day!

I will edit a few images the evening of the wedding so that you can have a sneak peek of how amazing you looked on your wedding day and to get you excited about the end result! I have accepted all requests sent my way for weddings; from sewing up dresses, cutting up bouquets, to carrying extra items that won’t fit in a bridal handbag!!
