Meghan Markle Reveals Her Favourite Fitness Workout
Royal bride-to-be and Suits actress Meghan Markle is set to walk down the aisle on May 19th 2018 to marry our very own Prince Harry in Windsor Castle…
With only 4 months to go, fans have been speculating what fitness regime Meghan will get stuck into for her pre-wedding prep, given that she’s already a huge fan of keeping active! She has also grown up heavily influenced by her mum Doria Radlan, who is a Yoga instructor in California.
However, it has been revealed that Meghan plans to keep her body in phenomenal shape ahead of the big day by taking to celeb favourite- Pilates.
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, the former actress has said that Pilates Platinum is the:
‘Best thing you could do for your body… you keep coming back for several reasons: first off, your body changes immediately… give it two classes and you will see a difference’.
And with Meghan already setting trends in every aspect of the wedding industry, we suspect there will certainly be a rise in brides taking Pilates classes! However, what sets ‘Pilates Platinum’ as Meghan describes, apart from the regular Pilates we are used to seeing?

Apparently it’s down to the brand new ‘Megaformer Machine’ which was created by fitness guru Sebastien Lagree to ‘strengthen, tighten, and tone the body quickly and safely’. He explains: ‘The Megaformer consists of two fixed platforms, one moving platform called the Carriage, handles and cables.’ The machine can also be used for high intensity workouts, and is promised to see results by the third visit!
