Her fiancé, actor Chris Zykla, is believed to have designed the ring which is a similar shape to the one her father gave her mother, over the months leading up to the big proposal.
The future groom even followed tradition and asked the bride’s father Rick’s permission, showing him the sparkler, before proposing over the festivities in snow-topped hills in Aspen. And the result? According to a source Paris was stunned and blown away by the ring he had designed and created for his ‘princess’.
Paris announced the news in an Instagram post Tuesday, and professional photographers were on hand to capture the moment Zylka proposed atop a mountain in Aspen, Colorado. She captioned the image:
“I said Yas! So happy & excited to be engaged to the love of my life… My best friend & soulmate. Perfect for me in every way. So dedicated, loyal, loving & kindhearted. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! You are my dream come true! Thank you for showing me that fairytales do exist.”
