RTE star Blathnaid Treacy has revealed that she is engaged to her long-term boyfriend Charlie Mooney following a romantic holiday break…
The popular presenter’s beau, Charlie, got down on one knee whilst on holiday in Mexico – talk about dreamy! She then took to social media to share the happy news with followers.
Sharing a picture of herself and her hubby-to-be, Blathnaid captioned her post:
“Mexico really was a trip we’ll never forget…so great to be home and celebrate with friends and family Xx”
She also shared a close-up picture of the stunning ring, which is a simple gold band with a solitaire emerald cut diamond in the centre.
The couple were in Mexico to celebrate the wedding of Blathnaid’s brother Fiachra when the duo decided to extend their holiday – something Charlie had possibly planned! Once the big news was shared, well-wishers comments flooded in underneath the post to congratulate the couple, including James Patrice and Aoibhin Garrihy.
Previously speaking of her man, Blathnaid said “he has a really good eye for clothes and he always looks great… he’s a very handsome man” , how adorable!
