Before COVID-19 put a spanner in the works, Emma Stone was planning to wed writer and director Dave McCary.
Her March 2020 nuptials were postponed and well, we pretty much all assumed the couple would reschedule to a date later this year, or maybe even in 2021.
But… fans are now convinced that Emma Stone has secretly tied the knot during lockdown! Why? Because she appears to be wearing a wedding band in a recent video! EEK!
The star appeared on the Reese Witherspoon x Hello Sunshine YouTube channel where she was discussing her struggle with anxiety, when she flashed her ring finger, which appeared to be adorned with a band.
Fans were quick to notice that the star was not wearing her pearl engagement ring, but a simple gold band in its place. And understandably, the news sent Twitter into a tailspin.

They probably got married in a private civil ceremony but didn’t have the wedding reception yet, let’s hope we’ll get to see her in a bride gown…

Emma and Dave announced their engagement back in December 2019 with a post on his Instagram and now it looks like the couple may have officially tied the knot.
