THE AESTHETIC
This shoot was giving us gothic glam mixed with rustic elegance. From bold shades of deep plum, maroon and black to a cosy candle ambience and foliage galore form a rich and modern aesthetic that our alternative brides and grooms-to-be will love.
THE VENUE
The Mill Studio in Belfast boasts large windows where natural light floods in and brightens the venue. Elegant details dress the rustic tables with fresh pink and plum buds between greenery and candles in metallic candelabras warm up the space.
Bric exposed walls provide that vintage appeal that is complimented by a modern, industrial feel through wooden frames and concrete elements.
THE STYLE
The vintage aesthetic continues to the wedding dress provided by Ivy & White which features all over lace detailing, a gorgeous V-neckline and dramatic cathedral-length train. Bold accessories modernise the look with maroon statement earrings giving it that extra edge.
Maid by Sinead created a soft and dewy makeup look with a bold lip while Hairstylist Kellyann Jackson added soft waves to add those perfect finish touches.
The groom looked sleek in a relaxed style by Reiss featuring a tweed blazer and black trousers, reinforcing the theme of laidback luxury.
THE FINER DETAILS
A crimson cake made by Carly from Away with the Mixer Cake Artistry screams passion and romance. The ceremony backdrop made by Steph from This Old Home and stunning foliage from Lindsay at The Wildflower is a true showstopper, that will look amazing in ceremony photographs give your wedding a unique vibe. The invitation suite by Two Little Words Design Studio was simple in style but bold in colour which is the perfect combination for a modern and moody wedding.
